2)學位論文專業領域符合暨提要口試成績審核表

3)學位論文主題專業領域相符審核表

4)歷年成績單

5)旁聽紀錄表(影本)

• 研究生舉行碩士論文提要口試前，須至少旁聽論文學位論文專業領域符合暨提要口試及碩士學位考試各兩場次。舉行碩士學位考試前擔任學位論文專業領域符合暨提要口試及碩士學位考試紀錄各一次。

Please submit the following documentation to the department secretary two weeks before the date of the thesis proposal presentation.

2) Thesis proposal qualification - course review form

3) Thesis proposal acceptance form

4) Course transcripts

5) Thesis presentation attendance record form (photocopy)

Before presenting their Master's thesis proposal, graduate students must attend at least two proposal presentations and two thesis oral defenses. Before holding the Master's thesis defense, students must complete an oral presentation of their thesis proposal and submit an examination record.
