研究生舉行碩士論文提要口試前，須至少旁聽論文提要口試及碩士學位考試各兩場次。舉行碩士學位考試前擔任論文提要口試及碩士學位考試紀錄各一次。

6)學位考試成績表

請以電腦打字輸入學號、姓名、碩士論文題目

7)審定書

請以電腦打字輸入姓名、碩士論文題目

8)「臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心」課程修課證明一份

9)研究生學位論文原創性比對檢核表及論文比對系統第一頁

Please submit the following information to the department office one month before the master's thesis examination.

For forms 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7 , please go to the Teaching Business Group of the Academic Affairs Office > Degree Examination > Master's Degree Examination (download the latest form).

2) Examination application form

3) Score review form for fresh master’s degree graduates

4) Transcripts over the years

5) Audition record sheet

Before taking the master's thesis abstract oral examination, graduate students must attend at least two thesis abstract oral examinations and the master's degree examination twice each. Before the master's degree examination, an oral examination of the thesis abstract and a record of the master's degree examination will be conducted.

6) Degree examination score sheet

Please type your student number, name, and master's thesis title on a computer

7) Approval letter

Please type your name and master's thesis title on a computer

8) A certificate of course attendance at the "Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center"

9) Postgraduate Dissertation Originality Comparison Checklist and Plagiarism Detection
